Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our Game Developers Conference team. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional support to our event and digital media clients throughout their journey with us

  • from initial sale through event execution and beyond.

As part of the Gaming Vertical at Informa Festivals, you’ll manage comprehensive client relationships while providing our signature ‘white glove’ service experience.

What You’ll DoClient ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-sale through event completionConduct one-to-one client meetings and informational webinarsOversee complete customer relationships including onboarding, implementation, and retentionSupport conference exhibitors and manage the exhibitor portal (EV2)Event DeliveryTrack all client deliverables using internal systemsCollaborate with event support teams (Content, Marketing, Operations, Registration) to ensure successful program deliveryManage client experience during on-site eventsEnsure timely and accurate distribution of event leadsOperational ExcellenceDocument all client interactions in SalesforceMaintain accurate reporting of deliverablesPartner with Event Operations to deliver excellent “white glove” serviceCollaborate with Sales teams on rebook programsConnect clients with all internal stakeholdersQualificationsWhat You’ll Need2-3 years experience in Account Management or Customer SupportExperience in B2B events or technology industry (preferred)Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably SalesforceExperience with customer communications via email, webinars, and one-to-one interactionsProven experience in quality control environments, focusing on accurate delivery, reporting and program reconciliationStrong ability to partner with and influence various stakeholdersExceptional writing and research abilitiesExcellence in cross-departmental collaborationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple client relationships simultaneouslyThrives in fast-paced environmentsJoin our team and help create exceptional experiences for our Game Developers Conference clients!
