Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Executive with 5-7 years of experience selling into mid to enterprise-level accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving growth and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a pipeline of mid to enterprise-level prospects to achieve and exceed sales targets Drive outbound prospecting efforts through tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and align solutions accordingly Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing success Maintain accurate sales activity records and forecasts in CRM (HubSpot) Contribute to and benefit from ongoing professional development and sales coaching
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in B2B enterprise or mid-market sales, preferably in SaaS or a tech-forward environment Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong prospecting skills with hands-on experience using HubSpot and LinkedIn for lead generation Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Growth mindset and openness to continuous learning and development
