Summary:

•Meta is looking for a Global Sales Enablement and Training Delivery Lead to join the Business Messaging Specialist team within our Global Business Group. This is an exciting time to join Meta and shape the future as we expand beyond marketing solutions and into a true Enterprise sales motion. In partnership with global sales, product, marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders you will lead the organization, planning and implementation of in-person and virtual training curriculum to thousands of Metamates around the world.•

Required Skills:

Global Sales Enablement and Training Delivery Lead Responsibilities:

1. Build Enterprise sales enablement programs to establish Meta as a trusted Enterprise brand and equip sales teams to effectively sell our Enterprise (non-marketing) solutions2. Execute on our sales enablement framework and develop content in collaboration with teams across Meta, encompassing distributed content development to address vertical needs, localization, and other considerations3. Work closely with product marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of enablement programs and training with business objectives, strategic sales plays and product launches4. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the target Enterprise audiences and translate customer insights into actionable program and content recommendations5. Lead training and enablement execution and content creation, both doing the work and influencing and guiding the work of other teams to ensure cohesive programs and curriculum6. Develop and socialize content creation and governance processes to ensure content is updated and accurate, and can to evolve with the dynamic pace of the business7. Deliver effective and engaging sales training and communications to drive adoption of enablement content, as well as Enterprise sales skills training. This includes agency selection and management for curriculum development and delivery.8. Track and analyze program effectiveness aligned to program objectives, reporting these back to the business9. Stay current with industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to continuously improve enablement content10. Travel to deliver in-person trainings as needed•

Bachelor’s Degree12. 6+ years of work experience in go-to-market tactical roles13. 5+ years of experience in developing messaging and Enterprise sales enablement content with proven business impact14. Demonstrated understanding of Business to Business (B2B) program measurement and reporting15. Demonstrated experience working with international and regional cross-functional teams16. Proven presentation and communication skills, with demonstrated experience conveying complex ideas simply and effectively17. Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs18. Proven organizational and project management skills19. Experience identifying sales competencies and measuring current (pre-training) and progress towards new sales competencies (after training)20. Demonstrated understanding of learning methodologies, formats and effective use of tools to drive learning outcomes•

21. MBA or other relevant advanced degree or learning qualification / certification22. Experience in a planning and operational execution role, preferably within a sales or sales enablement team23. Experience delivering multi-region scaled programs with clear metrics24. Experience with content development via an agency, including daily management and collaboration25. Understanding of brand foundations such as brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and visual identity systems26. Demonstrated executive presence across internal and external settings27.
