Base pay range $100,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr Senior Management Consultant at Steele Charles | Innovative Recruiting Strategies Are you an expert in the dairy or related industry with a passion for building strong customer relationships and driving growth? A well-established, family-owned dairy based in Upstate New York is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead the expansion of their customer base across New York City. This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact at a growing business, leveraging a unique value proposition: all products are crafted using A2A2 cows , renowned for their health benefits and superior quality.
The product range includes:
Pasteurized, homogenised, and non-homogenised milk Yoghurts Cheese curds With a strong foundation supplying wholesalers and independent retailers, and the addition of new suppliers and distributors, the company is poised for significant growth in the NYC market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand the company’s presence in Manhattan and surrounding boroughs. Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, independent retailers, and other key partners. Promote the unique value of the A2A2 product range to new and existing customers. Identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Drive revenue growth while earning significant uncapped commission.
About You:
Proven experience in sales within the dairy or related industry. A strong understanding of the NYC market, with established relationships in the sector being highly advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. A passion for premium dairy products and an entrepreneurial mindset. Results-driven, self-motivated, and ready to make a significant impact on a growing business.
