A design led lifestyle hotel, Hotel Park Ave sits at the heart of the NoMad neighborhood on one of Manhattan’s most famous streets. The hotel, recently refurbished by the Lore Group design team, offers refreshed rooms, a new lobby and nine new suites. New restaurants and bars will be announced soon. As Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the hotel’s Sales & Marketing team by providing administrative, operational, and client-facing support. This position ensures the smooth execution of sales processes, assists in client communications, and contributes to the achievement of revenue goals. The Sales Coordinator is a key liaison between the sales team, internal departments, and clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Key responsibilities include; Prepare customized proposals for bookings, outlining packages, rates, and services Support negotiations with clients to secure favorable contract terms and conditions Ensure the effective use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track client interactions and manage sales pipelines Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, and client correspondence Maintain and update client databases and sales systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera). Coordinate site inspections, client visits, and familiarization trips Assist in the creation of sales presentations, reports, and marketing materials Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner Support the Director of Sales in compiling market research and competitor analysis. Assist in managing group blocks, rooming lists, and billing coordination. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment tracking for group and corporate accounts Compensation and Benefits;
