We are looking for a Showroom Sales Representative to join our New York City showroom. This full-time, on-site role focuses on building relationships with high-end residential and commercial clients, delivering personalized solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
Use a consultative approach to identify client needs, offering tailored product recommendations in a non-salesy manner.
Sales Process Execution:
Qualify leads, present solutions, and close sales in line with our structured process.
Account Management:
Cultivate long-term client relationships, generate repeat business, and support referrals.
Showroom Leadership:
Maintain a welcoming, organized showroom and demonstrate product expertise to clients.
Performance Tracking:
Manage sales pipeline, document leads, and exceed monthly sales targets.
Key Qualifications:
Experience in luxury home design, interior design, or high-end furnishings. Proven track record in sales, particularly in generating new business and closing high-value deals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging personality. Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and strong organizational abilities. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive for continuous improvement. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Sales Conversion Rate & Average Deal Size:
Optimizing the value of each opportunity.
Lead Management & Response Time:
