Deliver consistent sales performance that exceeds forecast and product goal expectations. Implement strategic business plans and solutions to meet or exceed sales objectives while in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Work remotely in collaboration with cross-functional internal teams to address customer needs and deliver on Eurofarma business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Represent Eurofarma in a professional & ethical manner at all times while ensuring all legal and compliance regulations are fully met in execution of duties & responsibilities. Build relationships with Dermatologists, Podiatrists and targeted healthcare professionals, establishing credibility and rapport with customers while providing clinically relevant information and attaining product goals. Leverage high level of disease state, product, competitive, customer and territory knowledge to educate healthcare professionals on & expand demand for Eurofarma & partner products. Execute sales calls that consist of pre-call planning, patient focused clinical dialogue, driving brand messaging (using visual aids/other promotional material), closing effectively and conducting a total office call while delivering outstanding customer service. Exercise critical thinking and a strategic mind set to understand the environment and to gain access to prescribers & staff. Work with sales management to develop business plans and execute sales strategies and initiatives. Understand and utilize sales reports and analytics to assist with developing, and implementing strategic business opportunities. Leverage knowledge of the marketplace and managed care environment to prioritize opportunities. Optimize allocation of tools & resources to maximize territory return on investment. Coordinate & collaborate across the organization to address customer needs and advance Eurofarma objectives. Maintain accurate and timely administration of company records: Expenses/Budget

  • Sales calls (electronic/physical form)
  • Sample & trade allocation & distribution Maintain company property (vehicle, tablet, samples, marketing materials) in good condition & staying up to date on required maintenance.

Execute promotional programs with key customer targets while complying with all FDA, PhRMA and PDMA regulations. Education and/or

Work Experience and Skills Requirements Education:

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or other advanced education/certification.

Specialized knowledge:

Experience (2+ years) in direct and/or outside Business to Business sales with demonstrated selling skills. Strong consideration given to prior pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience or experience selling to Dermatologists and Podiatrists. High aptitude for details with ability to analyze data and drive solutions which increase sales efficiencies. Demonstrated sustained, high performance, and strong aptitude for learning. Strong critical thinking skills. Proven ability to make practical, informed decisions independently. Strong understanding of prescription adjudication metrics, etc. Skilled in navigating demanding situations—such as competitive territory dynamics—with resilience and confidence. High personal motivation with a customer service orientation and an entrepreneurial mind set. Strong oral and written communication skills. Must reside in the geographic boundaries of the territory. Have a Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Physical Requirements Ability to travel as required by the specific territory. Ability to walk or stand for a long period of time (e.g., sales calls). Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs or more.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Leadership responsibilities assigned as necessary by the District Manager/HQ.
