What’s the role: We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in the growth of MenuSifu POS systems by developing relationships and building sales of our services to the restaurant & hospitality industry. He or she must be a team player, willing to support the culture of the company while presenting and selling our MenuSifu Restaurant Tech services. This position will collaborate with the Channel Sales Manager and Information Technology teams in order to offer our clients the best in service. As a key leader in our organization, you will be part of our success by growing the overall sales and profits in the designated region What you bring to the table: Inside and outside sales efforts to achieve specified sales goals Sales call to new and existing customers (to up-sell) Identify prospects and leads and attend trade shows Evaluating, analyzing and reporting changes in the market (prices, competition, customers) Identify specific customer needs Assisting customers with technical supports (test and onboarding) Coordinate completion of customer specifications for onboarding Generate written reports Support development of strategic business development Present, negotiate, and follow all new sales through contract execution and implementation, partnering with MenuSifu resources to support and ensure closure and acceptable implementation expectations Maintain accurate records and client contact information within Salesforce.com to ensure accessibility to pipeline/forecasting data Promote a professional company image through prompt, thorough and courteous prospect interactions Experienced with high volume sales cycles Strong ability to build and leverage internal partnerships Who will be the best fit: 2+ years in Software/Restaurant equipment Sales or Credit Card processing industry Understanding of payment merchant services, restaurant and hospitality industry is highly preferred Experience working in a start-up environments Ability to work during weekends occasionally Strong negotiation skills Consultative solution selling experience Strong motivational and presentation skills Excellent communication, time management, and problem solving skills Ability to travel BS/BA degree in business sales or related field is a plus What we offer: Flexible working hours and locations Excellent Start-up culture with openness and inclusiveness Young and energetic team Great career growth opportunities Benefits including Health Insurance, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401K, FSA, PTO, etc. Unlimited office Snack box Mentor Program Paid maternity leave Holidays off Fuel reimbursement Competitive Salary ( + commission & bonus) package The salary for this role is $50,000-$80,000 plus sales commission, depending on experience.
