What You’ll Do As a Sales Representative in the machinery and equipment sales industry, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by: Generating qualified leads and new business opportunities Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients Representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm Managing sales pipelines and updating CRM tools Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Meeting and exceeding sales targets What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement) 3+ years of experience in sales Proven ability in lead generation and client retention Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Experience in B2B sales preferred Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus U.S. citizenship is required for this position What We Offer Competitive base salary ($66K-$70K/year) Quarterly performance bonuses Hybrid work schedule (2+ WFH days/week) Health benefits, PTO, and more A collaborative, growth-oriented environment
