Job Description
LionTree LLC seeks Senior Associate, Corporate Development in New York, NY, to contribute to the product growth strategy and product roadmap by working with product team and other cross functional groups to source ideas and partnerships, run market research and pre-phase analysis. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: managing data room for fund management including appropriate treatment of sensitive information and documents; utilizing Pitch Book software to curate data, research, and news on transactions so stakeholders receive details that inform and enhance investment decisions; utilizing Affinity software to prepare and enhance internal and external Firm materials; working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create analyses and materials to support and inform business builds and firm strategy; utilizing project management skills to develop and coordinate projects including managing project details and team activities; and utilizing written communication skills to write/produce investor materials to meet needs of project. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. 10-20% travel required both internationally/nationally.
