Working with us you will be responsible for: Managing your own desk•using your already honed sales and negotiation skills to undertake successful business development calls in order to win new business with clients, whilst building and maintaining professional relationships. Managing the full recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, sourcing suitable candidates, and managing interviews and offers! Skills and experience we are looking for: Minimum 12 months experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (any industry) carrying out business development calls to win new business. Excellent communication skills are essential! Drive and enthusiasm to be successful, plus a desire to learn a new industry!

Compensation Range:

$60,000-85,000•Includes base salary ($60,000), commission potential in Year 1, and overtime; earnings are uncapped and vary based on performance.
