JobDescription Summary GoGo squeeZ is searching for a SalesCoordinator to support our mission of promoting better-for-yousnacking in collaboration with our internal and externalstakeholders. We’re looking for someone who is highlydetail-oriented and thrives in managing and organizing complexinitiatives. In this critical role, you’ll act as the centralresource for communicating, coordinating, and distributing salestoolkits, presentations, and key materials to the field and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Sales and IndustryCommunications:

    Oversee internal site management, weeklycommunications, newsletters, and SharePoint sites.

  • Organize Salesand Industry Meetings:

    Coordinate National Sales Meetings (NSM),industry meetings, and monthly sales meetings.

  • Brand and CustomerAssets/Materials Maintenance:

    Manage images, plant documents,certificates, sample shipments and orders, mockups, andmerchandising grids.

  • Maintain Calendars:

    Update Retail and MasterPromo calendars to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Manage PriceLists:

    Keep all pricing documentation accurate and up to date.

  • Support Sales/Customer Administration:

    Handle coupon and salesrequests, sample forms, Certificates of Insurance (COIs),discontinuation letters, product creation and publication, customeronboarding forms, selling stories, spec sheets, data validation,and surveys.

  • Coordinate Events:

    Organize sales meetings, tradeshows, and industry events Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’sdegree in business management or related field
  • Proven experiencein event planning and corporate communications
  • Doer mentalitywith a strong partnership approach
  • Detail oriented. Extremelyorganized.
  • Exceptional communication skills across variety ofdifferent levels within the organization
  • Ability to workcross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions Work is performed in a hybrid office environmentand LI-Hybrid. Hours of work will generally be during regularbusiness hours with at least 40 hours a week. At times there willbe some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlinesand other concerns. Up to 5% business travel may be required.   • Base Salary:

    $60,000

  • $70,000
  • Non-exempt
  • Bonus opportunity: 5%
