• This position requires candidates to have open availability during business hours. This would be 9am-9pm M-F, 9am-5pm Saturday & Sunday in the event there is a need for you to be at the store during these business hours. Your schedule will consist of a mixture of opening and closing shifts which we can discuss in the interview. The hours can be full-time based on sales and the business’ needs

Seeking outgoing, driven, self-motivated candidates with a positive attitude As a Team Leader, you will provide our clients with 5-star customer service, and recommend the best membership and products to meet their needs. Previous experience in sales/upselling is a plus. Previous supervisor/management experience required. Some of the Team Leader responsibilities include: Leading by example, following company policies and implementing them with your staff, beating sales goals, banking, assuring all shifts are covered during business hours of operation, training staff, keeping upper management updated on any salon maintenance/supplies needed, assuring salon is kept clean and sanitized, delegating and verifying daily tasks have been completed by staff, contributing to social media content for the company’s pages.
