Now we’re looking for a Cannabis Sales Representative to represent Papa’s Herb across New York State. Position Overview As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the local face of Papa’s Herb. Based in New York you’ll focus on building relationships with smoke shop retailers in the city while also managing and supporting accounts throughout the rest of New York. You’ll promote our products, grow brand awareness, achieve sales goals, and ensure we’re top-of-mind everywhere we’re stocked. This role is perfect for someone who is independent, self-motivated, and passionate about Cannabis and Cannabis culture-someone who thrives in the field and doesn’t mind the occasional road trip. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives within the territory
- Conduct regular retail visits and achieve weekly visit goals across your territory
- Build and maintain relationships with retail managers, buyers, and staff
- Organize and execute pop-ups, vendor days, and product education sessions
- Distribute samples (where permitted) and branded swag
- Ensure merchandising displays are clean, stocked, and on-brand
- Provide regular reports on territory activity, wins, and challenges
- Gather market intel and monitor competitor activity
- Attend industry events and Cannabis networking functions (some evenings/weekends required)
- Represent the Papa’s Herb brand with professionalism, passion, and personality What You Bring
- Previous experience in sales, or brand representation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong self-management, organization, and time management
- Knowledge and passion for Cannabis Culture
- Social media savvy-you understand how to boost brand visibility and engagement organically
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Of legal age to purchase Cannabis in New York
- Comfort with reporting tools and basic admin tasks
