Are you an ambitious,results-driven sales professional with a knack for numbers? Are youpassionate about real estate and eager to make an impact? If so, wehave an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for aPermanent Sales Representative who can bring their unique skillsand experience to our dynamic team. This role will focus on drivingour company’s revenue growth by generating new businessopportunities and fostering strong client relationships. The idealcandidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and ahunger for growth and success. Experience in real estate is a plus,but not required.
Responsibilities:
The Permanent SalesRepresentative will be responsible for: 1. Developing andimplementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth inthe commercial real estate sector. 2. Identifying and targetingpotential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning ourservices as the ideal solution. 3. Building and maintaining strong,long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring theirsatisfaction and loyalty. 4. Meeting and exceeding sales targetsand performance metrics. 5. Collaborating with team members toachieve company objectives and contribute to the overall success ofthe team. 6. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, marketactivities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.7. Providing accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other data tomanagement as required. 8. Participating in industry events,networking activities, and other opportunities to promote ourservices.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have: 1. Aminimum of 2 years of experience in Direct Sales, Hunter, orOutside Sales roles. 2. Proven track record of meeting or exceedingsales targets and driving revenue growth. 3. Strong understandingof the sales process, with excellent negotiation and closingskills. 4. Exceptional communication skills, both written andverbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex information. 5.A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment tocontinuous learning and improvement. 6. The ability to workeffectively both independently and as part of a team. 7. Experiencein real estate sales is a plus, but not required. 8. Proficiency inusing sales and CRM software. 9. A bachelor’s degree in business,finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
