Role:

As a Inside Sales Coordinator with CST Pavers / Keystone Hardscapes you are responsible for: Providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers. Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell. Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders. Working with Outside Sales Representatives. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications. Knowing competitor products. Assisting with dispatching. Scheduling deliveries. Completing daily paperwork.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role will have: A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Good organizational and communication skills, Strong problem-solving skills.
