In this role, you’ll be supporting a broad range of contractors and long-standing customers, providing real-time solutions, accurate quotes, and outstanding service. This is not an entry-level role—ideal candidates bring substantial product knowledge and quoting experience in electrical distribution.

What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with urgency and professionalism Provide accurate, timely quotes using a cloud-based distribution system (Ximple) Enter orders and coordinate fulfillment with the warehouse and vendors Recommend products and troubleshoot challenges for customers in real time Build and maintain long-term client relationships through expert-level service Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and industry trends

What You Bring:

Direct experience in electrical distribution (required) Familiarity with quoting systems and order entry platforms Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, service-first environment A customer-first attitude with a focus on delivering practical, efficient solutions Willingness to be onsite (preferred), though remote may be considered for the right candidate Why This Role?
