We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in identifying and developing sales leads, nurturing them through the early stages of the sales cycle, and setting up qualified opportunities for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential leads through outbound outreach (phone calls, emails, social media) and inbound inquiries.

Prospecting:

Qualify leads by evaluating their needs, budget, and potential fit for the company’s products or services.

Cold Outreach:

Effectively engage with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social selling, creating interest and securing meetings for the sales team.

Pipeline Development:

Nurture and develop leads through consistent follow-ups, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring leads are moved through the early stages of the sales pipeline.

Sales Collaboration:

Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) and the Sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads for closing.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activities in the CRM system.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the company’s product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.

Reporting & Metrics:

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead conversion rates, outreach activity, and sales opportunities generated.

Feedback & Improvement:

Collaborate with the sales team to identify challenges and continuously improve prospecting and lead qualification processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales or business development role (previous experience as an SDR, inside sales, or telemarketing is a plus). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers. Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects and leads simultaneously. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. A passion for sales and business growth, with a desire to build a successful career in sales development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with sales development tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). Experience with SaaS, tech, or B2B sales is a plus. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
