Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate interest and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with inside sales representatives to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and strategies.

    Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in wood product manufacturing.
  • Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
  • Experience in telemarketing or inside sales is highly desirable.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts related to software and technology sales.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
