• Utilize phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or issues
• Implement upselling strategies to increase sales revenue
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Requirements
• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Knowledge of grocery store operations is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to sell products and services effectively
• Supervising experience is beneficial but not required
• notary public license preffered but willing to train.
