In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while assisting them with their automotive needs. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory and ensuring that our customers receive the right products and services efficiently. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services. Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain a well-organized stock of automotive parts and accessories, ensuring proper inventory control. Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering and restocking items as necessary. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on vehicle maintenance and diagnostics to customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Stay updated on market trends and new products in the automotive industry. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or counter sales is preferred. Strong understanding of inventory management and retail math principles. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive diagnostics is a plus. Familiarity with dealership operations is beneficial. Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
