Consumer Loan SalesSpecialist will learn the lending and servicing business at OneMainallowing them to grow their career. Full Time and Part-time hours(20-30 per week) are available and vary based upon the needs of thebranch.

IN THE ROLE

• Deliver results related to individual andbranch sales goals as well as customer expectations
• Develop newrelationships
• and maintain existing relationships
• working withcustomers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle
• Presentfinancial solutions, based on customer needs, that meet their goals
• Present customers with optional insurance products
• Educatecustomers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure aclear understanding
• Partner with local businesses to seek out anddevelop new customers
• Learn how to utilize credit underwritingtechniques and sales tools
• Manage the life cycle of the loan,including collections activities, complying with all laws andregulations

PAY:

Target base salary range is $18.00

00, whichis based on various factors including skills and work experience.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitiveadditional compensation program that is based on individual andcompany performance.

• HS Diploma/GED
• Must be ableto travel locally for business development purposes
