Do you thrive on the thrill of outbound calling and closing B2B deals? We’re looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our growing team and help fuel our next stage of growth. As our Outbound Sales Executive, you’ll be on the front line of our sales efforts—prospecting, engaging, and converting B2B leads into valuable long-term clients. You’ll use tools like HubSpot and ZoomInfo to identify opportunities, build strong pipelines, and hit ambitious sales targets. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset, strong phone presence, and a track record of success in outbound B2B sales. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to generate qualified leads Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting Use ZoomInfo to research and source key decision-makers Manage leads and follow-ups efficiently within HubSpot CRM Set up meetings for the sales team Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and targets Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress What We’re Looking For Proven experience in outbound calling and B2B lead generation Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills. Comfortable with high call volumes and performance-based environments Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM) and ZoomInfo Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven Ability to quickly learn and articulate product value propositions What You’ll Get $50,000 / year with commission Participation in company’s health & dental plan and 401k plan.
