What You’ll Do:

Be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, handling calls, emails, and web inquiries with warmth and professionalism. Guide prospective clients through the value of Stern’s therapy services, building trust, and connecting them to the care they need. Convert a high volume of leads into booked evaluations, meeting and exceeding monthly goals. Educate patients on insurance, referrals, and the therapy process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Collect and verify intake information with precision, utilizing tools such as Salesforce and Hello Note EMR. Track lead conversion metrics and report weekly to optimize outreach strategies. Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to schedule evaluations and ensure patient satisfaction. Proactively follow up with leads and re-engage past patients to restart their care journey.

Who You Are:

You’re a relationship builder with 1+ years of experience in healthcare sales, patient intake, or medical office coordination. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple leads with strong organizational skills. You’re empathetic, articulate, and able to connect with patients and families quickly. You’re goal-driven, motivated by hitting targets and making a difference. Familiarity with Salesforce or EMR systems is a plus; training is provided. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly valued to serve our diverse patient base.

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay:

$45,000-$55,000 base salary (commensurate with experience), plus uncapped monthly performance bonuses.
