Inside Sales Representative Position Available In Saratoga, New York

Inside Sales Representative Empire State Associates Ballston Spa, NY 12020 We are proud to represent a number of quality manufacturers in the plumbing and heating industry. We work closely with plumbing and heating wholesalers in Upstate New York.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with inside sales team Support the outside sales team Enter orders Package outbound shipments Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner Handle inbound calls Quote prices for customers Provide outstanding customer service Investigate and resolve customer problems Ability to build relationships over the phone Qualified candidates must be self-motivated and willing to work as part of a sales team. Requires professional and confident telephone and computer skills. We are looking for one to three years of experience in the plumbing/heating industry. Experience in sales and/or a combination of education and experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the plumbing/heating industry, inside sales or similar role Strong communication skills Familiarity with plumbing lines/products is desirable Proficient computer skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

$47,318.04 – $60,000.00 per year
