The Hilton Garden Inn Corning Downtown, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Sales and Food & Beverage Supervisor to manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for acquiring and coordinating events for the hotel’s banquet facilities.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hotel’s banquet customer base Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate and execute sales and banquet activities Assist the Director of Sales with rooming lists and group business. Requirements:

Associates degree in business, marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in hotel sales or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends
