Job Description:

Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options Sales Representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features Complete quotes and explain financing options Respond to email leads, return voicemails in a timely manner Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.

Requirements:

Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Experience is preferred, but not necessary Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional customer service experience

• from retail, sales, real estate, hospitality and restaurant industries are strongly encouraged to apply Sales including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales is a plus Possess a clean valid driver’s license in good standing Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships Basic skills in CRM software and basic internet proficiency is a plus Professional appearance, communication skills, strong negotiation and presentation skills ELeads CRM Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through Must work weekends What We’ll Give You Paid Time Off•Relax, refresh, and recharge.
