Call Center/Inside sales Position Available In Suffolk, New York

Call Center/Inside sales Bath Systems NY LLC Copiague, NY 11726 This role involves scheduling appointments for our sales team through a variety of different efforts. This position is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting the companies overall objectives. This is an in office position.

• Friday 9am
• 5pm; Saturdays 9am
• 5pm once per month required.

Typical tasks include:

Make 100-150 outbound calls a day and follow-up with inbound leads that came from television, direct mail,etc….. Assist in our marketing efforts and successfully schedule sales appointments Conduct pre-call qualification calls for residential presentations from targeted prospects Requirements Experience working in a office making high volume of inbound or outbound calls. Detail oriented with good follow through on tasks Excellent computer skills, including microsoft office. Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues. Bath Systems
