Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Development:
Lead Generation & Networking:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
Client Engagement:
Meet with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present tailored stone solutions. Follow up consistently to close sales and secure contracts.
Sales Conversion:
Engage clients at every stage— from initial consultation to post-bid follow-up— ensuring seamless transitions from lead to closed deal.
Client Retention:
Build strong, long-term relationships through regular check-ins and exceptional customer service. Identify opportunities for repeat business or upsells based on evolving needs.
Project Coordination & Support:
Work alongside Project Managers to help plan, schedule, and execute stone and tile projects with precision. Coordinate logistics, procurement, and delivery, ensuring that project timelines are met and that client expectations are exceeded. Assist in managing project documentation, ensuring everything is tracked from bid to final execution.
Technical Knowledge & Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, natural stone materials, and fabrication techniques to confidently communicate product benefits and applications. Attend workshops, industry shows, and trainings to maintain a deep technical knowledge of the products we offer.
Team Collaboration & Documentation:
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Project Managers, Fabrication) to ensure projects run smoothly. Use CRM systems and reporting tools to track client interactions, sales metrics, and project milestones, providing actionable insights to drive improvements. Assist with supervising the Assistant Project Manager and support team efforts to ensure every project is delivered to client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred. 2-5 years of experience in sales, project coordination, or a related field, preferably within the construction or architecture industries. A strong communicator with a natural ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels. Sales-oriented and goal-driven with a track record of success in generating new business and closing deals. Ability to represent Neureise Group at events, communicate confidently with prospective clients, and actively drive lead generation. Proven relationship-building skills that drive results and generate repeat business. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver projects on time. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other industry-specific software (On-Screen Takeoff, CRM tools).
