CUSTOMER SERVICE & INSIDE SALES REP.

(WINDOWS, DOOR, MILLWORK) Triangle Building Products Corp. 2599 Route 112, Medford, NY 11763 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service/ Inside Sales Representative who is familiar with windows, doors, trim and hardware to assist our clients with their project. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while effectively communicating their needs and resolving any issues that may arise. to join our dynamic team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

ARE NOT LIMITED TO

) : Coordinate vendor product information with our clients & outside sales staff. Being responsive to customer calls and placing sales orders while promoting company and brand. Creating purchase orders and entering them into vendor online ordering systems. Coordinate direct shipments with customers & vendors. Handling service issues with customers & vendors. Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. SKILLS Familiarity with Millwork vendor websites and online ordering, a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

REQUIREMENTS

Window, interior & exterior door and millwork knowledge necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) and Data Entry Extensive customer service experience needed. In addition to these requirements, we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others and excels under pressure. Punctuality is expected.
