• Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demandsof the role, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Exceedcustomer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement,delivering results related to individual and branch goals
• Developnew connections and maintain ones by engaging customers throughoutthe loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutionsbased on customer needs
• Manage the life cycle of loans, includingcollections activities while maintaining compliance with allrelevant laws and regulations
• Engage with customers and otherdepartments through multiple technological channels, includingphone, email, chat and our in-house systems
• Exhibit passion forachievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and goaloriented attitude
• Clearly educate and inform customers onoptional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thoroughunderstanding of the loans, terms and their options

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred:

• Sales, Collections orCustomer Service experience
• Bilingual
• Spanish
• Target basesalary range is $19.00

On site The schedule for this position is Monday-Fridayduring standard business hours, with some extended hours during theweek as needed which may include Saturday.
