Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately. Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations.
