Responsibilities Engage with potential and existing customers through inside sales techniques to identify their needs and promote our products or services. Conduct direct sales efforts, including upselling and cross-selling products to maximize revenue opportunities within your territory. Conduct in-home consultations to assess window needs, present proposals and close sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices for territory management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Requirements Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of inside sales methodologies. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey product information clearly. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive approach to territory management and a commitment to achieving sales targets. Comfortable using technology (CRM, Google Workspace, etc.)
