NYC-Based Sales Rep – Field Role | Start on Commission | $35/Hour After 3 Deals EXP Fulfillment is hiring a sharp, motivated sales rep based in the NYC area to help grow our 3PL warehousing business in New Jersey and California. This is a remote field role you’ll be actively visiting offices in Manhattan, pitching our logistics services, and closing accounts. If you have experience in B2B sales, e-commerce, or logistics, this is a strong opportunity with real earning potential. ????

What You’ll Do:

• Visit NYC offices to pitch our 3PL warehousing and fulfillment services
• Build relationships with importers, e-commerce brands, and retailers
• Represent both our NJ and CA warehouse locations
• Schedule meetings, follow up, and close deals
• Attend trade shows and local networking events
• Work independently results matter, not hours ✅

Requirements:

• Must be based in the NYC area and able to commute into Manhattan regularly
• 2+ years of in-person B2B sales or outreach experience
• Comfortable walking into offices and pitching business owners directly
• Organized, reliable, and results-driven
• Background in logistics, fulfillment, or shipping is a major plus
• Existing contacts or warm leads are a big advantage
• Fluent in English ????

Compensation:

• Start on 10% commission – earn from each closed client’s first full month of billing
• Once you close 3 clients, you unlock $30/hour base pay, up to 25 hours/week
• Flexible daytime schedule — just hit your targets
