Long Island, NY Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and approach potential clients within the Long Island hospitality industry and B2B to generate new business opportunities for Union Square Advertising.
Client Engagement:
Build and nurture strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality businesses, understanding their advertising needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about Union Square Advertising’s services, with a focus on how they can benefit businesses in the hospitality sector. Effectively communicate these offerings to potential clients.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct persuasive sales presentations, emphasizing the unique advantages of advertising with Union Square for hospitality businesses as well as B2B.
Negotiation:
Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements with clients in the hospitality industry.
Market Research:
Stay abreast of hospitality industry trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
Customer Retention:
Foster long-term relationships with existing hospitality clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional advertising services.
Requirements:
Previous Sales Experience:
Demonstrated success in sales, particularly within the hospitality industry or related fields.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and negotiate with hospitality professionals.
Self-Motivated:
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Local Knowledge:
