Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential new markets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote our products or services Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and achieve sales targets Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions and progress with clients Assist in project management activities related to business development initiatives Requirements Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills Excellent strategic planning abilities to drive business growth Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for managing client interactions Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals Knowledge of project management principles is a plus Proficiency in software applications relevant to the role
