Role:

We’re seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and nurture client relationships. You’ll be part of a team that delivers essential electrical testing and maintenance services to clients in industries like healthcare, data centers, commercial buildings, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, and research Manage prospecting activities using tools like ZoomInfo and HubSpot Collaborate with technical teams to understand and communicate specialized services, including infrared testing, transformer testing, and arc flash studies Build meaningful client relationships and deliver exceptional service Maintain accurate records of sales activities in a CRM system Participate in networking events and company initiatives

Qualifications:

Inside sales or business development experience Familiarity with the electrical industry or technical services is a plus B2B sales experience with a strong focus on lead generation and cold calling Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to learn and explain technical concepts to different audiences

Preferred:

Experience with relationship-based selling approaches
