Responsibilities:

Provides the highest level possible of service to all customerswith the main objective of serving our retail and walk incontractor, commercial and industrial customers Answers telephoneinquiries pleasantly and promptly Provides customers withinformation on additional items related to purchases made Maintainsup-to-date knowledge of the products sold, product usage, productprices and new products on the market Handle minor complaints withthe objective of solving the problem Listen to a customer scomplaint to find out what it will take to satisfy the customerComplies with Company s procedures on sales transactions,paperwork, refunds, credit memos, etc. Maintains stock, displaysand housekeeping for assigned areas Assists supervisor, otheremployees as needed Education High School Diploma or GED Experience•3 years experience in retail or contractor building materialsales preferred•
