Role:
Lime Painting of Westchester is seeking a driven and dynamic Lead Outside Sales Representative to take charge of our sales operations, business development, and team leadership. This key role combines strategic selling, client relationship management, and operational oversight. As the face of our brand and leader in the field, you’ll guide a team of sales professionals, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure our painting projects exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Daily & Weekly:
Generate leads via door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, networking, social media, and partnerships Manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and update CRM (Client Tether) Close sales and oversee job production post-sale, coordinating subcontractors to ensure quality delivery Lead or support team training and performance coaching Create and post content across social media platforms to boost engagement and brand visibility Track sales KPIs, maintain marketing trackers, and keep scorecards up to date
Ad Hoc:
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members. Maintain personnel files and compliance with safety certifications (OSHA, Fall Protection, Lifts, etc.). Keep all tech tools and record-keeping systems up to date.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in general management, construction, painting, or residential services. Proven success in outside sales, door-to-door canvassing, or commission-driven sales environments Strong sales acumen and ability to coach/lead sales reps. Proficient with CRM systems, Google tools, and social media engagement. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong work ethic. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for solicitation license). Must have access to a desktop/ laptop for remote work
