Must be able to speak standardized English. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a PLUS . Experience within a high-volume automotive BDC is a

Responsibilities Include:

• Speak/Email prospects and assist them in scheduling an appointment to meet with a service consultant
• Answer customer’s questions to the best of your ability; work with management to make sure customer’s needs are met
• Follow up after scheduled appointments to ensure that all of our customer’s needs were met and/or exceeded
• Work with management to make sure there is a transfer of knowledge on incoming prospects
