We’re assembling a small, passionate team of Territory Sales Representatives to help grow our footprint across New York State. Your Role As a Rosa Reta Territory Sales Representative, you’ll represent the brand across licensed cannabis dispensaries and curated retail boutiques. You’ll be responsible for building relationships, securing wholesale orders, and bringing the Rosa Reta experience to life through store visits, product drops, and event support. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular visits to licensed cannabis dispensaries and lifestyle retail accounts Educate buyers and retail staff on Rosa Reta products and brand identity Facilitate wholesale orders and support fulfillment coordination Monitor product performance and gather field feedback Participate in approved in-store activations, demos, and local pop-ups Maintain CRM logs and provide weekly updates to the sales team Compensation Structure Monthly Base Retainer- A monthly base retainer is provided at the beginning of each month and credited against commissions earned. Commissions earned beyond the retainer are paid out monthly. Commission-Based Earnings – You will earn commission on all qualified wholesale orders placed and fulfilled, with commissions paid once accounts settle payment with Rosa Reta. Event & Activation Pay – For each approved in-store event or activation coordinated with our Sales Account Manager, additional compensation is provided based on duration and scope. We Provide Product training and branded sales materials Access to samples, lookbooks, and product catalogs Support from our operations and marketing teams Branded apparel and event kits for in-store promotions Qualifications Based in the Area with access to reliable transportation Experience in sales, retail, or brand representation preferred Familiarity with New York’s cannabis or boutique retail ecosystem Excellent communication, follow-up, and time management skills Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the state of New York Ready to join a brand with roots, culture, and momentum? and help us bring Rosa Reta to life across New York.

$65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
