As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a passionate and performance-driven Cardiothoracic Sales Specialist to join our growing team and support the rapidly evolving Cardiothoracic portfolio in the Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia region.
About The Role:
As a Cardiothoracic Sales Specialist , you’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge surgical innovation, managing key accounts, supporting operating room procedures, and serving as the go-to resource for Arthrex’s cardiothoracic solutions — including sternal closure, advanced wound care, and biologics. This is a hybrid role that combines strategic relationship-building, clinical education, and hands-on sales. You’ll act as both a trusted surgical consultant and an internal expert on the research, data, and technologies shaping this specialty.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for cardiothoracic solutions across assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiothoracic surgeons and healthcare professionals Provide case coverage and in-field support in both surgical and clinical settings Coordinate and lead product training sessions for customers and internal agency teams Stay up to date with clinical research and emerging technologies to educate stakeholders Travel within the region, with occasional trips for company or Arthrex training events
Who We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree required 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, medical device, technical sales, or sports medicine Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills Confident, self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, independent environments Ability to adapt quickly, learn continuously, and take ownership of results Comfortable working in both the operating room and physician office settings Why Join Us?
