About the Position This position requires an individual to be able to do accurate flooring measurements and be able to translate those measurements into job quotes. In addition, he or she will be required to manage various projects and oversee proper installations and customer satisfaction. It is also expected that the individual be a self-starter, personally well-organized/detailed, and willing to create new business as well as to provide outstanding customer service and follow-up. Duties The following are some of the duties and expectations for this position: Visiting job sites in order to measure and estimate costs Answering questions and providing information to customers about flooring. Assemble price quotes for the customer. Closing the sale whenever possible Maintaining quality control Managing multiple projects at the same time Networking regularly and working effectively with other store employees. Following up in a timely and professional manner with customers on all requests or concerns. Prospecting for new business.

Requirements Qualifications:

Project management is a plus but not required. Flooring experience (Installation would be a plus) Must have open and flexible work availability- Work hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9-5, Tuesday and Thursday 9-8 and Saturdays 9-3. You would be required to work 1 evening per week and 2 Saturdays per month. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Professionalism, to include dependability, accountability, and punctuality. Self-motivated and internally driven to excel in your position and career.
