In Home Sales Consultant Mold Medics Pittsburgh, PA We are looking for an In Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team! This is the ideal position for a person who loves people, loves sales, and wants to serve the people in their community. Mold Medics Pittsburgh has a stellar reputation in the industry and we are looking for high quality people of integrity to join our team. Industry experience is preferred, but not required. The core function of this role is sales; conducting in home assessments for customers interested in indoor air quality services including Mold Remediation, and Air Duct Cleaning. The Sales Consultant will work directly with the leads from the referral partners as well as leads generated from other marketing sources. This is NOT a door-to-door sales position, multi-level marketing position, or similar.

We offer:

$36,000 base salary + Lucrative commission plan with no cap. $60,000/year base salary during training period. Current commission earnings ranging from $30k – $60k annually on top of base salary. Year Round Employment (We have NEVER done a seasonal Layoff) Health, Dental and Vision Insurance after 60 days Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Paid Training Uniforms Vehicle Stipend Sales Consultant responsibilities include: Sales Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. Accurately assess and quote services required. Adhere to and execute on sales process including required follow ups. Schedule services. Oversee execution of service and manage any customer concerns. Follow up with customers. Market Development Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective referral partners. Maintain and manage existing relationships with visits, calls, texts, emails etc. Create and execute presentations to individuals and groups.

Sales Consultant Requirements:

Positive attitude. Excellent sales skills and desire to continue learning. Strong communication skills. Reliable vehicle. Competency with email, microsoft office and basic computer skills. Able to work with proper Personal Protective Equipment including respirators. Clean criminal history and driving. Must be able to conduct assessments in confined spaces including attics and crawlspaces. Must be able to lift 50.
