Inside Sales Representative Systems Int Ltd National Hill, PA 15031 This role is essential to ensuring smooth coordination between clients, manufacturers, and internal sales functions. Primary responsibilities include processing quotes, assisting customers with technical questions, managing project releases, and contributing to bid preparation. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting efficient internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical and customer service support for commercial HVAC sheet metal products. Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to pricing, technical specs, warranties, and project quotes. Assist in estimating and pricing projects for both bid and design/build opportunities. Collaborate with manufacturers to obtain product lead times, shipping status, and other logistics. Work closely with the outside sales team to ensure a consistent and informed approach to customer needs. Participate in factory-led educational sessions to grow product and application knowledge. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, pricing information, and order updates. Contribute to a team environment with proactive problem-solving and customer-first mindset.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior exposure to commercial HVAC systems or sheet metal products is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and sheet metal applications preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving customer and project demands.

$50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
