In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing. You will leverage your knowledge of the real estate market and exceptional customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients looking to purchase their dream home. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers through effective communication and negotiation strategies. Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about new homes, including features, benefits, and pricing. Assist clients in understanding Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance throughout the sales process. Utilize market research to identify trends and opportunities that can enhance sales performance. Manage property listings and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
