Corrigan Moving Systems is a leader in the moving industry with over 95 years of experience offering a complete suite of relocation solutions. Corrigan, a top agent for United Van Lines, serves residential and commercial clients in the US and overseas. We are dedicated to providing the standard of craftsmanship the Corrigan name is known for. The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, prospecting, closing, and maintaining business relationships in the office moving industry. The Commercial Sales Representative must be a HUNTER, a self-starter with a proven record of accomplishment in establishing new client business as well as high client retention within the industry. Experience of sales, and existing client base within this industry is preferred. Sales will be focused on commercial and logistics solutions, project management, warehousing and asset management, transportation, labor, installation, decommissioning, and other services within the commercial segment.

Salary:

$65,000 – $100,000+

Responsibilities:

Be able to survey, quote and enter customer profiles in the database. Work with the General Manager to create competitive and profitable pricing. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, industry events, prospecting, networking, social media, and aligning with Marketing. Align with current, local, and National organizations to grow revenue. Consult clients and prospects to determine needs and create unique solutions. Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Local Operations to define optimized solutions and pricing. Assist with on-site management of larger moves, sometimes filling the role of Project Manager. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Meet and exceed assigned targets for revenue production. Utilize CRM to manage sales cycle activity and reporting Participate on behalf of the company in conferences and industry-related memberships. Negotiate/close deals and handle customer-related issues.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years of successful commercial sales Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to leverage consultative sales approach to build long-term relationships Financial acumen with solid understanding of P&L principles and pricing Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
