In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth through effective territory management, cold calling, and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and account management, with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking within your assigned territory. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings to potential clients. Manage existing accounts by building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth. Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless communication and support for client needs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account progress in the CRM system. Develop strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team targets while maximizing revenue potential. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales, preferably in a retail environment. Strong skills in account management with a track record of building lasting client relationships. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly. Experience with product demos that engage potential customers effectively. Familiarity with territory management principles to optimize coverage and efficiency. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results; able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance metrics.
