Summary We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth across new and existing accounts. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, making it an excellent opportunity for a go-getter who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment. This position offers the unique opportunity to sell across multiple platforms in our business portfolio—including construction supply, precast concrete products, and related specialty divisions—providing significant earning potential and long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through cold and warm outreach Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, and site development professionals Sell products and services across all verticals of our business, including general construction materials and precast concrete offerings Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, driving revenue through upselling and consultative selling Provide product information, quotes, and technical support to clients in coordination with inside sales and estimating teams Conduct job site visits and attend pre-bid or planning meetings when needed Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates to leadership Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings Collaborate with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction Qualifications 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or industrial distribution Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and persistent follow-up Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust quickly Highly organized and self-directed with a hunter mentality Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and quoting systems Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications a plus (training provided) Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Ongoing training, support, and career development Ability to grow your book of business across diverse platforms within the company Why Join Prime?
