This role includes a mix of strong customer service abilities and/or design skills. Experience in 2020 Design software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their design needs and preferences. Use 2020 Design software to create custom kitchen and bathroom layouts. Recommend cabinetry, countertops, and other design elements based on client needs. Work closely with the Senior Sales/Store Manager and Operations Manager to ensure smooth project execution. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
Strong communication and sales skills to assist clients effectively. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once. 1 year of sales experience
Recommended:
Experience using 2020 Design software for kitchen and bath layouts. 2+ years of experience in interior design, kitchen & bath sales, or related fields.
